Register a Swimming Pool/Spa -
constructed on or after November 1 2020 		Property Owners are required to register new swimming pool and spas constructed or erected on or after November 1 2020 and submit a copy of a Form 23 barrier compliance certificate and a Certificate of Occupancy/Certificate of Final Inspection
Register a Swimming Pool/Spa -
constructed prior to November 1 2020 		Property Owners are required to register existing swimming pools and spas constructed or erected prior to November 1 2020.
An information search will need to be undertaken by council to determine the date of construction.
Certificate of Barrier ComplianceFor property owners - upload a Form 23 Certificate of Barrier Compliance. For more information please refer to Council's website www.mrsc.vic.gov.au
Certificate of Barrier NON ComplianceFor pool/spa inspectors - upload a Form 24 Certificate of Barrier Non-Compliance. For more information please refer to Council's website www.mrsc.vic.gov.au
