Land Information Certificate $30.60 Application for a Land Information Certificate
Building Certificate 51(1) $53.60 Regulation 51 (1) (a) details of any permit or certificate of final inspection issued in the preceding 10 years; and
(b) details of any current statement issued under Regulation 64-67 or 231-232 of the Building Regulations 2018; and
(c) details of any current notice or order issued by the relevant building surveyor under the Act.
Building Certificate 51(2) $53.60 Regulation 51 (2)
Information on whether the building or land is in an area; (a) that is liable to flooding within the meaning of Regulation 153;
(b) in an area that is designated under regulation 150 as an area in which buildings are likely to be subject to attack by termites;
(c) in an area for which a bushfire attack level has been specified in a planning scheme;
(d) in an area designated under regulation 152 as likely to be subject to significant snowfalls; or
(e) designated land; or
(f) designated works
Building Certificate Regulation 51 (1&2) $107.20 This certificate combines the information provided in the above part 1 and 2 certificates.
Building Certificate 51(1,2&3) $160.80 This certificate combines the information provided in the above part 1, 2 and 3 certificates.
